Representing Great Britain as an 800 metres athletics runner and training with the UK team at Loughborough University, one of the leading sports universities in the country, I have a wealth of personal experience to draw on. I also hold a Diploma in both Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training, I am qualified to administer first aid and CPR and I am registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) in line with industry regulations.
